Hall Farm first started producing electricity back in 2013 and is a site that consists of 12 turbines, and with an installed capacity of 24.6MW.

The wind farm is located just outside the village of Routh in East Riding of Yorkshire.

Investing in the local community

The Owner/Developer will contribute £36,000 to the fund on a yearly basis for the 25-year life of Hall Farm Wind Farm, this equates to £900,000 over the lifetime of the project. The fund is planned to be used for such initiatives as Community Buildings, Sporting facilities and equipment and Community transport.
